In TOGO we use the leaves (sun dried leaves) to make a soup called kodoro or kuka a soup rich in iron which help fight anemia in children with medical condition like sickle-cell disease or thalassemia etc.

Its leaves are a staple ingredient in African culinary, pounded and mixed with water and ginger, it acts as expectorant for cough and as prebiotic

It has high fiber content

Its fruits are sun-dried and pounded to obtain baobab powder, rich in
calcium, vitamin c, potassium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin A, B6, and bioflavonoids
Bioflavonoids are found in citrus fruits, in berries like blueberry cranberry grape seed onions and green tea

Ladies and Gents! GREEN TEA is a wonderful herb that helps me digest after meals

Having GASTRITIS is a struggle on a daily basis and doing more researches about green tea makes me even want to drink it as often as I like

My favorite brand is UNCLE Lee’s ORGANIC GREEN TEA

Here is mine above I purchased few months ago and it is totally safe to drink , everybody knows that

Yes I was talking about baobab and what in hell am I posting pictures about green tea right? It’s because I recently learned that baobab powder contains bioflavonoids and my researches has shown me more than I thought, 1 plus 1 equal 2

So talking about green tea who contains bioflavonoids is a BINGO for me and for you who is reading this article because honestly we do not have time to search or look for things we never knew about ( if you don’t know obviously you couldn’t seek) unless you read about it somewhere on the internet and then you’d have learned something that could’ve nourished your baggage of knowledge

I was totally wowed by that information, I knew green tea was a safe and good tea to drink but I’ve never knew it was THAT GOOD

Let’s get back to my baobab

Today I would like to teach you how I make ALANGBA my special 100% BAOBAB SMOOTHIE AND BAOBAB FROZEN POP FOR KIDS

Your adorable munchkins are going to ask you more of this culinary delights often ♥
